**Job Title: Social Media Content Marketing Specialist**

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute social media content marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and conversions.
- Create original, high-quality content, including but not limited to text, images, videos, infographics, and other multimedia assets for various social media platforms.
- Curate relevant and shareable content from external sources to add value to our online community.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule across all social media channels and ensure timely responses to comments, messages, and mentions.
- Monitor social media trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Utilize social media analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of content, providing insights for optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media content with broader marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Engage with influencers and brand advocates to amplify our social media reach and foster brand advocacy.
- Implement and manage social media advertising campaigns to support specific marketing objectives.
- Identify and leverage user-generated content (UGC) to strengthen brand authenticity and engagement.
- Stay informed about platform algorithm changes, best practices, and emerging social media trends to continually improve content strategy.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven work experience in social media content marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in using various social media platforms and content creation tools.
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging and shareable content in different formats.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and the ability to draw actionable insights from data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
- Creative thinker with a passion for staying updated with the latest trends and innovations in the social media landscape.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with graphic design and video editing software is a plus.
