This role is perfect for a fresher who breathes social media, understands the latest trends, and is ready to execute strategies across major platforms. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management, growth, and engagement of client social media accounts.Key Responsibilities- Content Scheduling & Publishing: Manage the daily posting schedule across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) using scheduling tools, ensuring timely delivery of all content. - Community Management: Actively monitor, respond to, and engage with comments, messages, and mentions across all client channels in a timely and on-brand manner. - Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest social media features, algorithm changes, and viral trends, especially those relevant to the Kerala/Indian market, and suggest timely content adaptations. - Performance Tracking: Assist in gathering data and creating reports on social media performance (engagement rates, follower growth, reach, etc.) to help inform future strategies. - Campaign Execution: Support the SMM team in the execution of paid and organic campaigns, including basic ad setup and monitoring. - Collaboration: Work closely with the content writers and your new designers to ensure the visual and written content aligns perfectly with the brand's voice and campaign objectives.What We're Looking For- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). - Passion for Digital: A genuine, demonstrable passion for social media (not just personal use—show us you get the business side of it). - Platform Knowledge: Strong familiarity with the functionalities and nuances of major platforms: Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
