Work-from-Home Telecaller (Education Industry) Malayalam-Managable English

We are looking for dedicated and skilled Work-from-Home Telecallers with strong English communication and sales conversion abilities to join our team in the education industry. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely while contributing to our mission of connecting students with educational opportunities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Reach out to potential students through outbound calls in a professional manner.
- Explain educational programs and offerings with clarity and enthusiasm.
- Address inquiries and provide accurate information to prospective students.
- Nurture leads and guide them through the enrollment process.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to convert leads into enrollments.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the team to meet individual and collective goals.

**Requirements**:

- Strong English language skills, both verbal and written.
- Previous experience in telecalling or customer service roles.
- Proven track record of successful sales conversion.
- Ability to work independently and remotely with mínimal supervision.
- Proficiency in using CRM software for lead management.
- Positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and a persuasive demeanor.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Background in the education industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with online education platforms and programs.
- Previous work-from-home experience.

**Compensation**: Competitive commission-based structure with attractive incentives.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
