Key Responsibilities

H︎ave patience to solve the issues if the customer was facing.
R︎equired handling skill
N︎eed to followup the customer.

Main Duties;
Fresh Lead Calling
- Which means the Customer create account and the representative call the customer and share about the websites and Payment Details.

Renewal Payments - When the customer not get any suitable Matches from our site followup with them to do renewal (Include offers and everything).Leads and everything from our end

Language - Malayalm

Note: Its a Matrimony BPO (Sales and Target is there).

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
