**Job Summary**:
**Job Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Generate and send invoices to customers accurately and on time.
- Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments and follow up with clients for collection.
- Maintain and update accounts receivable records in the accounting system.
- Prepare and analyze AR aging reports to track outstanding balances.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve disputes related to invoices and payments.
- Reconcile accounts to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, customer service) to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and tax regulations.
- Assist in month-end closing by preparing necessary reports and journal entries.

**Qualification & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or a similar role.
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Work Location: In person
