**Position: Accounts Receivable Specialist**

**Location**: Gurugram

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Generate and distribute accurate and timely customer invoices
- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes
- Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy
- Follow up on delinquent accounts and manage collections process
- Prepare aging reports and provide analysis on accounts receivable performance
- Work closely with sales and customer service teams to address customer inquiries and issues
- Assist with month-end close processes related to accounts receivable
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices

**Qualifications and skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in accounts receivable or related finance roles
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally ERP Prime)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹33,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
