**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the metal fabrication floor.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective production while maintaining high quality and safety standards.
- Plan and allocate manpower and resources for optimal production efficiency.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and quality teams to ensure seamless workflow.
- Interpret technical drawings, welding specifications, and fabrication standards.
- Monitor machine utilization, preventive maintenance, and downtime analysis.
- Ensure compliance with industry safety regulations and company policies.
- Track production KPIs and prepare reports for senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement in productivity, process optimization, and waste reduction.
- Train and develop shop-floor employees and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

**Key Skills & Requirements**:

- Minimum 4 years of experience in **metal fabrication/steel fabrication** or a related industry.
- Strong knowledge of fabrication techniques including cutting, welding, bending, and assembly.
- Hands-on experience with production planning tools and ERP systems.
- Familiarity with quality standards such as ISO 9001 or similar.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
