**Responsibilities**:
**Student Counseling**:Provide individual and group counseling sessions to students, addressing academic, personal, and career-related concerns.
Assess students' strengths, weaknesses, interests, and goals to develop personalized academic plans.

**Educational Planning**:Assist students in course selection, academic goal-setting, and creating a roadmap for their educational journey.
Stay updated on curriculum changes, academic requirements, and career opportunities to provide accurate and relevant information.

**Career Guidance**:Offer guidance on career choices, job market trends, and educational pathways that align with students' interests and aspirations.
Organize workshops and seminars on career development, resume building, interview skills, and other relevant topics.

Foster relationships with colleges and universities to stay informed about admission requirements and procedures.

**Communication and Collaboration**:Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to address academic and behavioral concerns affecting students.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress, ensuring confidentiality and privacy.

**Crisis Intervention**:Identify and address students' emotional and psychological needs, providing crisis intervention when necessary.
Collaborate with mental health professionals or other specialists when required.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in counseling, education, psychology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Certification in counseling or relevant field is a plus.
- Proven experience in education counseling or related roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of educational systems, career development, and counseling techniques.
- Familiarity with college admissions processes and requirements.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with empathy.
