Job Description: Data Entry Operator

**Location**: Bhiwandi

Salary - 12 - 14.500 NTH

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Input and update data accurately in the system/database.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
- Perform regular data quality checks to ensure consistency.
- Retrieve, organize, and manage data as needed for reports and analysis.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies regarding data management.
- Communicate with team members to resolve discrepancies and ensure data accuracy.
- Assist in generating reports from the entered data.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with database software.
- Typing speed of at least 35-40 words per minute with a high level of accuracy.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

**Experience**:

- 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a similar role is preferred.
- Freshers with relevant skills may also apply.

- Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
