**Junior Purchase Executive**

**Forms+Surfaces is looking for Junior Purchase Executive to join our team**

**Job Location: Forms and Surfaces factory, Lonikand, Near Wagholi, Pune**

**Scope and responsibilities**:

- Ensure on time material availability through the follow up with the suppliers.
- Updating material receipt dates against shortage list received from stores on regular basis.
- Floating RFQs to Suppliers, Development of new reliable vendors and taking offers.
- Taking care of all internal Purchase Requisitions, Preparation of PO in system as per rate contract finalized, Vendor master maintenance & PO reconciliations work
- Vendor reconciliation - GST defaulter, Payment exceptions etc. on regular basis with accounts team.
- Follow up with accounts for urgent payment request & updating the same to the supplier.
- Ensure the timely submission of invoices to Stores for GRN
- Preparation of various MIS Reports, Timely Updating of ISO documents
- Involved in Inventory Planning & Categorizing the material in order to reduce inventory cost.
- Co-ordinate with Sub contract suppliers & ensure timely availability of Materials
- Responsible for Creation of New Part numbers, Vendor data base management, Keeping records of vendor payments.
- Closely work with domestic suppliers to minimize rejection of incoming materials.

**Required qualification, skills and experiences**:

- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2 to 4 years’ experience in Procurement/Supply Chain.
- Advance skills in MS Excel, MS Word and MS Power Point.
- High energy, motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills, while being assertive in a team environment.
- Ability to work independently and ensure tasks are completed with little supervision.
- Willing to take initiative.
