**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Call and follow up** on new leads generated via inquiries, campaigns, and digital platforms.
- **Guide students and parents** about various career options in Animation, VFX, and Graphic Design.
- Maintain a **daily lead conversion tracker**, CRM updates, and inquiry records.
- Schedule counseling appointments (online/offline) and **conduct one-on-one counseling sessions**.
- Explain course structures, curriculum, faculty info, and career scope in detail.
- Work towards **achieving enrollment targets** and increasing admission numbers.
- Build a strong rapport with walk-in inquiries and maintain a follow-up system.
- Participate in education fairs, school/college visits, webinars, and seminars as required.

**Requirements**:

- Graduation in any stream (Preferred: Mass Media, Education, Design, or Marketing).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software or Google Sheets is an added advantage.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in counseling or student support
