**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
- Conduct in-depth SEO/SEM analysis and implement technical and on-page improvements.
- Track performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.) and report ROI.
- Create and manage campaign calendars, A/B testing, and funnel optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, web development, sales) to align on brand and messaging.
- Stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and algorithm changes in the digital landscape.
- Oversee marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce).
- Mentor junior marketers and support team growth.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 8-9 years of proven experience in digital marketing strategy, preferably in B2B/B2C domains.
- Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), and CRM platforms.
- Strong understanding of content strategy, keyword research, and customer journey mapping.
- Analytical mindset with excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Certification in Google Ads, Analytics, or HubSpot (preferred but not mandatory).

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience working with international clients or multiple brands.
- Familiarity with tools like Hotjar, Canva, Notion, Trello, or Slack.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
