**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented **Junior Video Editor** to join our creative team. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for storytelling through video and a willingness to grow their technical and creative skills. You will collaborate with the team to produce high-quality video content while gaining hands-on experience with professional workflows and tools. A strong understanding, proficiency, and fluency in English are essential for this role, along with a basic sense of podcast editing.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Video Editing**:

- Edit promotional videos, product highlights, and event coverage.
- Trim raw footage, add transitions, music, and text overlays.
- Assemble initial drafts for review by senior editors.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the content team, designers, and strategists to meet creative briefs.
- Align edits with storyboards, scripts, and brand guidelines.
- **Technical Consistency**:

- Ensure videos adhere to the proper resolutions, and formats for platforms.
- Handle basic troubleshooting of technical issues during editing.
- **Creative Contributions**:

- Contribute innovative ideas for video content and editing techniques.
- Stay updated on editing trends to enhance project creativity and engagement.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects is a plus).
- **Creative & Professional Attributes**:

- Strong understanding, proficiency, and fluency in English, especially for video script comprehension and communication.
- Basic knowledge of podcast editing workflows and strong attention to detail with a focus on video storytelling.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset with a proactive attitude.
- **Education & Experience**:

- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in video editing (internships included).
