Job Description: Motion Graphic Designer

**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Design and Animation**: Create engaging motion graphics and animations for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and video content.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the creative team to conceptualize and produce high-quality visuals that align with project goals and brand identity.
- **Editing**: Edit and enhance video content using Premiere Pro, ensuring a seamless integration of motion graphics.
- **Storyboarding**: Develop storyboards to visualize concepts and present ideas to clients and team members.
- **Feedback Incorporation**: Revise designs based on feedback from clients and team members to ensure satisfaction and quality.
- **Trend Awareness**: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in motion design to bring fresh ideas to the table.

**Qualifications**
- **Experience**: 2-3 years of professional experience in motion graphic design, preferably within an advertising or digital media environment.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- **Portfolio**: A strong portfolio showcasing your motion graphic design work and creative projects.
- **Creativity**: Excellent creative skills with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative designs.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience with 3D animation software (e.g., Cinema 4D) is a plus.
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles is beneficial.
- Familiarity with video production processes.
