**Inventory Management**: Track stock levels, coordinate with suppliers for restocking, and organize product displays.
- **Sales and Operations**: Implement sales strategies and promotional activities to boost revenue and manage daily store operations for efficiency.
- **Staff Supervision**: Supervise and guide store staff to ensure excellent customer service and smooth store operations.
- **Customer Service**: Oversee customer service, and work with the store manager to develop strategies to increase satisfaction.
- **Customer Interaction**: Greet customers, understand their needs, provide product information, and describe product benefits.
- **Sales Transactions**: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
- **Store Maintenance**: Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store, including restocking shelves and setting up displays.
- **Inventory Support**: Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and helping to ensure adequate stock.
- **Problem Resolution**: Handle customer issues professionally and courteously, escalating complex matters to the manager when necessary.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,168.83 - ₹15,000.00 per month
