EThames College is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team.

The Key responsibilities of the Tellecaller is

Conduct outbound calls to prospective students, alumni, and other stakeholders to provide information about academic programs

Engage with prospective students to answer inquiries, address concerns, and guide them through the admissions process.

Arranging Walk-in for the prospective students.

Assist the Counsellor in the Admission process.

Maintain accurate records of call interactions, including contact information, conversation notes, and outcomes, in the college's database or customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Provide exemplary customer service by actively listening to callers, addressing their queries with professionalism and empathy, and resolving issues effectively.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in communications, marketing, education, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in telemarketing, customer service, or a similar role is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a pleasant telephone manner.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 4 months
