**Title: Pega CDH Specialist**

**Location: Office (Pune / Mohali / Hyderabad / Remote)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement Pega CDH solutions to drive personalized customer experiences
- Develop and manage decision strategies, customer segments, and proposition management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions
- Troubleshoot and optimize CDH configurations for improved performance and scalability

**Requirements**:

- 8+ years of experience in Pega development, with a focus on customer engagement.
- 3-4 years of experience in Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH)
- Strong knowledge of Pega CDH features, including decision strategies, customer segments, and proposition management
- Good understanding on Cassandra for PEGA CDH
- Experience with Pega's rules-based architecture and decision-making framework
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Certification in Pega CPDC (Certified Pega Decisioning Consultant)

**Good to Have**:

- Experience with Pega's Customer Engagement platform
- Knowledge of data modeling, data integration, and data governance
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
