**Job Title**:Salesforce Admin

**Location**:Ahmedabad

**Position Type**:Full-time

**Shift Time**:11:00am to 8:00pm

**Key Responsibilities**:

- All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules
- Salesforce configuration changes, including; Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports
- Sandbox environment management
- Identify and gather requirements, translate into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience
- Identify unused or underutilized platform features
- Create a platform roadmap and define priorities, liaising with stakeholders
- Own the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders
- Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed
- Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer
- User support tickets
- Monitor and improve user adoption
- New user and ongoing user training
- Technical documentation
- Validate business requirements and any considerations (security, scalability, limits),
- Develop Apex (classes and triggers), Visualforce, (based on specific requirements) to extend Salesforce in order to support business requirements,
- Custom User Interface development, including Visualforce pages/Lightning pages, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components,
- Use Salesforce APIs to integrate with other systems used in the organization
- Maintain code documentation, and write/maintain test classes for all custom development
- Collaborate with 3E IT / 3E Developers for other systems in order to integrate across the business.

**Education and Qualification Requirements**:

- 3+ years of Salesforce experience including both Salesforce Admin and Salesforce Developer responsibilities
- Bachelor’s Degree from 4 Year accredited College/University preferred
- Certified Salesforce Administrator
- Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I
- Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels and translate their requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience implementing and developing in Apex, Visualforce, and Javascript
- Experience with Integration Tools (e.g. Celigo, Boomi and Informatica)
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ
- Experience in change management and governance
- Familiarity with Order-to-Cash processes

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
