**Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching and Curriculum Delivery**:

- Prepare detailed lesson plans that outline instructional goals, activities, and assessments.
- Implement teaching methods that cater to different learning styles and abilities of students.
- Use modern educational tools (e.g., smart boards, projectors) and resources to make learning interactive and engaging.
- **Student Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Conduct regular formative and summative assessments of students’ progress and understanding.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback on assignments, quizzes, and exams.
- Track student performance and address learning gaps through remediation sessions or personalized support.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Create a positive, respectful, and conducive learning environment for students.
- Manage student behavior effectively to ensure discipline in the classroom.
- Encourage active participation and foster critical thinking among students.
- **Extracurricular Activities**:

- Encourage students to participate in extracurricular activities, both academic and non-academic (e.g., debates, sports, cultural events).
- Organize, supervise, and participate in school events, competitions, and other activities that promote holistic student development.
- **Parent-Teacher Interaction**:

- Conduct regular parent-teacher meetings to discuss students' progress, behavior, and any concerns.
- **Professional Development**:

- Participate in training, workshops, and seminars to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on educational trends and methods.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching strategies and implement best practices.
- **Administrative Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress reports.
- Ensure that teaching resources and materials are organized and easily accessible.
- Adhere to the school’s administrative policies and guidelines.
- **Subject Expertise**:
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
