**Warehouse & Logistics executive**

**Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai**

**CTC up: 3 LPA**

**Experience: 3-4 years**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate inventory records using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or other inventory tracking software.
- Conduct regular stock audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Implement and monitor inventory control procedures to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
- Forecast inventory needs based on sales trends and demand.
- **Order Fulfillment**:

- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and ship orders according to customer requirements and timelines.
- Coordinate with transportation carriers for timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Manage returns and exchanges effectively.
- **Warehouse Operations**:

- Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and picking of goods.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in the warehouse.
- Manage warehouse equipment and ensure proper maintenance.
- Optimize warehouse space utilization to improve efficiency.
- **Logistics Coordination**:

- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors regarding shipments and deliveries.
- Negotiate freight rates with transportation carriers.
- Track shipments and resolve any delivery issues.
- **Team Management**:

- Supervise and train warehouse staff.
- Assign tasks and monitor performance.
- Maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Continuously identify and implement opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and reduce costs.
- Analyze logistics data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement new logistics strategies to support business growth.
- **Admin related work**
