**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design Creation**: Develop high-quality graphics, layouts, and visual content for various digital and print platforms (websites, social media, marketing materials, etc.).
- **Branding**: Maintain and enhance brand consistency across all design work, ensuring that design elements align with brand guidelines.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing, product, and content teams to design assets that support campaigns, promotions, and initiatives.
- **Creative Concept Development**: Brainstorm and create visual concepts that effectively communicate the desired message to the target audience.
- **Photo and Video Editing**: Edit and enhance photos, videos, and other media assets as required for various platforms.
- **UI/UX Support**: Assist in designing user interfaces, wireframes, and prototypes for websites, apps, and other digital platforms.
- **Design Iteration**: Review and iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders, clients, or team members.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and techniques to continually improve design skills and knowledge.
- **Project Management**: Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma Course.
- **Experience**: 4+ years of experience in graphic design (or equivalent).

**Skills**:

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, CANVA, etc.).
- Familiarity with web design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD).
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Experience with both print and digital design.
- Knowledge of video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to work with tight deadlines while maintaining high quality.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- **Portfolio**: A portfolio showcasing previous design work is required.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
