About the Company - House of Anita Dongre is looking for a Graphic Designer in the Marketing team for AD - Couture.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute creative concepts for branding and marketing materials.- Design and produce high-quality graphics for various platforms, including print and digital media.- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and brand guidelines.- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques into projects.- Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends- Conceptualization for Brand Imaging - Conceptualizing & designing branding-logo, brochure, banners for social media / marketing & advertising collaterals.- Designing all retail stores-interiors, exteriors, signage, layout plans, merchandising props etc- Provide innovative, user-centered, information and visual design recommendations that contribute to an enhanced user experience for the million's of users.- Mentor and manage design team; providing feedback and input that assists in delivering most effective design solutionsQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.- Proven experience (3+ years) in graphic design, preferably within the fashion or luxury industry.- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).- Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.Interested candidate can share their cv and portfolio on
