**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.

- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content, including posts, stories, reels, videos, and graphics.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to ensure content aligns with branding guidelines.
- Monitor, respond, and engage with the audience across social media channels to build community and brand loyalty.
- Track and analyse social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Hootsuite to measure success and optimize content.
- Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to maximize reach and engagement.
- Generating leads and boosting social media posts to enhance engagement and reach
- Prepare monthly reports on social media performance and insights for management.
- Lead generation and post boosting for Social Media.
- Conducting market research based on marketing requirements to identify trends and opportunities.
**Key Skills & Competencies**:
- Knowledge of social media automation and scheduling tools.
- Understanding of influencer marketing and online PR strategies.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and analytics tools.
- Proficiency in content creation, including basic graphic design and video editing (experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is a plus).
- Excellent copywriting skills and ability to craft engaging captions and campaign messages
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience as a Social Media Executive, Digital Marketer, or similar role.
- Experience with social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
