Full job description

We seek a motivated and enthusiastic Telecalling Sales Fresher to join our dynamic sales team. promoting our products/services, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Engagement: Effectively communicate with customers, understand their needs, and pitch the company’s products/services.
- Sales Targets: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by the management.
- Feedback: Collect customer feedback and share insights with the sales team to improve service delivery.
- Training: Participate in regular training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Customer Service : Strong customer service orientation and ability to handle customer objections.
- Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with CRM software.
- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in Tamil. English required] is a plus.
- Attitude: Positive attitude, resilience, and ability to handle rejection.
