Your tasks
- Material Receiving: To ensure the receiving of Material with proper documents & unloading as per quality norms, checking & confirming the correct quantity received.
- Warehousing of material: Proper storage of material according to standard norms & optimum usage of space without any quality deviation.
- Material issue to production: To ensure the issue of material to plant on daily basis against requirement from planning dept..
- Dispatches of material: To ensure the dispatch of semi finish, consumable & Raw Material as per requirement & availability of material. Returning of rejected & packing material to the suppliers with creation of proper documents.
- Shelf-life Monitoring: To monitor the Shelf-life expiry of material & inform the details to planning & technical for proper action.
- Documentation / LECI: To ensure the creation of GRN for Raw material received & posting in SAP for material issued to plant. Creation of LECI in TEMPO for all the incoming materials.
- Scrap Removal: To arrange a proper scrap removal as per the Contracts awarded by the purchase & creation of Invoices for the same.
- Weigh bridge: Ensure the correct & proper weighment of all incoming material for Gross & tare weight & also timely calibration of the scale.
- To manage the overall activities of RM warehouse including daily trouble shooting with QM and production.
- To take care of all SOPs and timely revision with QM.
- Internal and external discussions on various topics related to RM warehouse like Purchase, PPC, taxation, FI, IE, IT, FGS, general stores time to time as required.
- To promote Continuous improvement activities as per CBS.
- To manage scrap yard and to control the receiving and lifting records. To coordinate with Purchase for annual rate contract.
- To take part of various activities from RMS time to time as assigned by management.

**Profile**:
Graduate/PG in any field from a recognised university.
