**Full Job Description**:
Job type: Full-time

Role Title: Warehouse Executive

Location: Noida, NCR

Salary - As per Company norms

Working Mode: Onsite

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Receive, inspect, and store incoming products in accordance with SOPs and quality standards.
- Ensure accurate and timely order picking, packing, and dispatch for B2B and B2C shipments.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconciliation.
- Implement FEFO and batch tracking practices for expiry-sensitive products.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams for smooth inventory flow.
- Monitor storage conditions (temperature, humidity) to ensure product integrity.
- Prepare GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), dispatch invoices, and shipping documentation.
- Supervise warehouse staff and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety protocols.
- Report damaged or expired stock and ensure proper disposal as per company policies.
- Use WMS or inventory software for stock updates and reporting.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in cosmetics, FMCG, or pharmaceuticals.
- Knowledge of inventory control systems and logistics software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Zoho Inventory).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory and safety compliance for cosmetic products.
- Ability to lift, move, and handle goods safely.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
