We are seeking a Motion Graphics Designer & Video Editor to help us create a dynamic and

engaging presentation for our Health-Tech Cloud Operating System. This presentation will

showcase the core features, workflows, and benefits of our cutting-edge platform, aimed at

revolutionizing healthcare operations through technology.

mockups, creating motion graphics to explain complex workflows, and zooming in on screen

elements to highlight key functionalities. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to

create a polished, visually compelling video that communicates our platform’s value to

stakeholders, clients, and investors.

Key Responsibilities

1. Mockup Animation:
○ Animate app mockups to show user interactions (scrolling, tapping, swiping,

pinching, etc.) in a realistic and visually appealing manner.

○ Create smooth transitions between screens to demonstrate user journeys and

workflows.

2. Motion Graphics Creation:
○ Develop motion graphics elements to visualize complex workflows, system

architecture, and healthcare data flows.

○ Add animated text, icons, and visual cues to highlight features and explain

technical details.

3. Screen Detail Highlighting:
○ Zoom into specific app elements (e.g., widgets, graphs, dashboards) to

emphasize key functionalities.

○ Use callouts, overlays, and tooltips to explain specific UI/UX elements.

4. Video Editing:
○ Assemble all assets, including animations, raw footage, and voiceovers, into a

seamless and engaging video presentation.

5. Collaboration:
○ Work closely with product managers, designers, and marketing teams to

understand the platform’s features and presentation goals.

○ Incorporate feedback to refine animations and ensure the final video aligns with

the brand's vision.

6. Asset Delivery:
○ Deliver videos in various formats optimized for presentations, websites, or social

media platforms.

Qualifications & Requirements

Educational Background:

- A degree/diploma in Animation, Motion Graphics, Video Editing, Visual Communication,

or a related field (preferred).

**Experience**:

- 2+ years of experience in creating animations and videos for software products, apps, or

explainer presentations.
- A strong portfolio of relevant work is required.

Skills Required

1. Technical Skills

○ Motion Graphics:
■ Ability to create dynamic animations that enhance the presentation’s

clarity and engagement.

■ Expertise in animating app mockups with realistic user interactions.

○ Video Editing:
■ Assemble and edit videos with smooth transitions, synchronized audio,

and engaging pacing.

○ UI/UX Animation:
■ Understanding of how to visually represent app functionalities through

animations.

○ Storytelling:
■ Transform technical concepts into visually compelling stories.

2. Software Expertise

○ Animation & Motion Graphics:
■ Adobe After Effects (mandatory).

■ Adobe Animate or similar software (optional).

○ Video Editing:
■ Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro (mandatory).

○ UI Design Tools:
■ Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch (to import mockups).

○ Graphic Creation (Optional):
■ Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop for supporting design elements.

○ 3D Animation (Optional):
■ Blender or Cinema 4D (if advanced animations are required).

○ Lottie (Optional):
■ For exporting lightweight animations for app use.

3. Soft Skills

○ Strong communication skills to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams.

○ Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality work.

○ Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to feedback.
