- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the switchgear manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role.

**Skills**:

- Strong understanding of switchgear products and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in using production management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.

**Working Conditions**
- Manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery and equipment.
- May require standing for extended periods and occasional lifting of heavy objects.
- Occasional overtime and weekend work may be required to meet production deadlines.

**Application Process**

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
