The Co. has been catering to a wide spectrum of industries since 2004; offering both standard as well as tailor-made coating solutions to augment the performance of various cutting tools, dies, moulds as well as components used in engineering, pharmaceutical and aerospace industries.

Headquartered in Mumbai, the company had units at 4 locations and employs more than 400 employees.

**Job Location**:Vasai (E), Mumbai

**About the Job**:Due to our rapid expansion, we are seeking an experienced CFO to lead all financial aspects of the business. This role will encompass financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, financial reporting, cost analysis, risk management, and compliance. The primary focus will be on optimizing operational efficiency and profitability within the manufacturing process while working closely with other departments to drive strategic growth initiatives.

**Day to Day Responsibilities**:
**Accounting and Financial Reporting**
- Oversee and manage daily accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger.
- Ensure accurate preparation and timely closing of financial statements in compliance with Indian Accounting Standards.
- Monitor month-end and year-end closing processes and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
- Conduct periodic reconciliation of accounts, including bank, vendor, and customer accounts.
- Lead payroll accounting, ensuring timely and compliant salary disbursement, TDS, and statutory contributions.

**Taxation and Compliance**
- Ensure compliance with all tax regulations, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory obligations.
- Oversee the timely preparation and filing of tax returns and manage tax assessments.
- Monitor changes in financial and taxation laws and implement necessary updates.
- Liaise with external auditors, government agencies, and regulatory bodies to address compliance requirements.

**Financial Strategy and Budgeting**
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to optimize resource allocation.
- Analyse financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve profitability and cost efficiency.
- Manage cash flow and working capital to ensure the company meets its financial obligations.

**SAP Business One (SAP B1) and Technology Management**
- Oversee the effective implementation and utilization of SAP Business One (SAP B1) for financial management.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and timely generation of reports within SAP B1.

**Liaison and Collaboration**
- Build and maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, and government departments for financial management and compliance.
- Handle documentation and negotiations related to loans, guarantees, and other financial instruments.
- Collaborate with other departments, including operations and procurement, to align financial practices with organizational goals.

**Leadership and Team Development**
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Foster a culture of accountability, professional growth, and continuous improvement within the department.
- Conduct regular training sessions to ensure the team is updated with the latest industry practices and regulatory changes.

**Risk Management and Internal Controls**
- Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance.
- Identify, evaluate, and mitigate financial risks while ensuring operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement a financial risk management framework to prepare for contingencies.

**Job Requirements**:

- Chartered Accountant (CA)/Cost Accountant (CMA), or MBA in Finance
- Minimum 15 years in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, and Government Liaison
- Strong expertise in Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and taxation laws.
- Proficiency in SAP Business One (SAP B1) is mandatory.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, financial modelling, and data analysis.
- Exceptional leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders effectively.
- High level of analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
