We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial strategy and operations. Experience Real Estate / construction Industry is mandatory
- The CFO will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement financial plans and strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to support the company's growth objectives
- Oversee the company's bank funding activities and ensure that adequate funding is available for business operations
- Lead the company's equity investments, working closely with investors to identify opportunities for growth and maximize returns
- Develop and execute strategies to attract and retain high net worth individuals (HNIs) as investors and clients
- Ensure that the company's financial practices are compliant with relevant regulations, laws, and standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners, stakeholders, and investors, promoting the company's interests
- Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support decision-making across the organization
- Focus on growth strategies, including mergers and acquisitions, to ensure that the company's financial resources are optimized and synergies are leveraged.

Requirement
- Strong understanding of bank funding, equity investments, and a track record of successful equity investments

Qualification:

- CA with 15-20 years of experience with a Minimum of 5 years in Real Estate Finance / construction
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Maturity to work with multiple stakeholders in high growth environment and deliver results.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
