**Introduction**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests upon their arrival at the restaurant.
- Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart.
- Escort guests to their tables, providing menus and ensuring a smooth transition to the dining area.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and service staff to coordinate seating and maintain an efficient flow of guests.
- Assist in managing waitlists during peak hours.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and special arrangements with professionalism and courtesy.
- Monitor and manage the cleanliness and organization of the hostess station and reception area.
- Collaborate with other team members to enhance overall guest satisfaction.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with calmness and professionalism.
- Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Familiarity with reservation systems is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
