**Greeting and Seating Guests**:Welcome guests as they arrive, inquire about their reservation, and provide menus.
Escort guests to their tables and ensure they are comfortable.

**Reservation Management**:Manage and prioritize reservations, ensuring tables are available for guests with reservations.
Record walk-in guests and manage the waiting list during peak hours.

**Menu Presentation**:Familiarize guests with the menu, including daily specials and promotions.
Offer suggestions and answer questions about menu items.

**Guest Services**:Attend to guest inquiries, requests, and special needs, such as high chairs or dietary restrictions.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues or escalate to a manager when necessary.

**Communication**:Maintain communication with servers and kitchen staff to coordinate seating and dining service.
Relay special requests or important information to the kitchen or serving staff.

**Table Turnover**:Monitor and manage the flow of guests to optimize table turnover and occupancy.
Ensure efficient and fair distribution of guests to servers' sections.

**Maintaining the Waiting Area**:Keep the waiting area clean, organized, and inviting for guests.
Provide a comfortable waiting experience with accurate wait time estimates.

**Payment Processing**:Present bills to guests and facilitate the payment process.
Handle cash, credit card, or mobile payment transactions accurately.
