As a Video Production QC (Quality Control) Intern, At STAGE you will play a crucial role in ensuring the overall quality and accuracy of video content produced by our creators. You will work closely with the video production and post-production teams, reviewing and evaluating video materials to identify and rectify any issues or discrepancies. This internship will provide valuable experience in video quality assurance and help you develop a keen eye for detail in the video production process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Video Content Review**: Watch and analyse film & web shows, including raw footage, edited sequences, and final videos, to check for any technical errors, continuity issues, or deviations from the established guidelines.
- **Audio and Visual Check**: Ensure that the audio levels are consistent, and the visual elements, such as colors, brightness, and contrast, meet the required standards.
- **Editing and Post-Production Evaluation**: Verify that the edited videos align with the original project brief and that any requested changes have been appropriately implemented.
- **Quality Standards Adherence**: Ensure that all video content complies with company quality standards, brand guidelines, and industry best practices.
- **Bug Reportin**g: Document and report any identified issues or discrepancies using the designated tracking system or communication channels.
- **Feedback and Communication**: Provide clear and constructive feedback to the video production team to help them enhance the overall quality of the content.
- **Collaborative Efforts**: Work closely with other team members to address quality-related concerns and contribute to the improvement of the video production process.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Film, Media Studies, Communication, or a related field.
- Strong interest in video production, video editing, and quality control processes.
- Basic knowledge of video editing software and video formats (e.g., MP4, MOV, AVI).
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to spot visual and auditory inconsistencies.
- Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate feedback and issues.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- A proactive and responsible attitude, committed to meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
- A basic understanding of video codecs, aspect ratios, and video resolutions is a plus.
