Overview:
The position of Quality Control (QC) Fresher plays a crucial role in ensuring the products meet the required quality standards. They are responsible for inspecting, testing, and assessing the quality of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to maintain high standards of production and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform quality control inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
- Document and report quality issues or non-conformances.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and standards for quality control.
- Conduct and participate in internal audits and process reviews.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control processes.
- Identify and troubleshoot quality issues.
- Prepare and maintain quality control documentation and records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns and drive continuous improvement.
- Adhere to safety and quality protocols and procedures.
- Participate in training programs related to quality control.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Chemistry, Biology, or Food Science.
- Knowledge of quality control processes and methodologies.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and quality standards.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office and quality management software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively.
