- Assess clients’ skills, interests, values to help them identify suitable career options.
- Administer and interpret career assessment tests to gather information about clients’ aptitudes and preferences.
- Assist clients in exploring different career paths and researching potential job opportunities.
- Provide information and resources about educational programs, training courses, and professional certifications relevant to clients’ career goals.
- Convergence of leads provided by the manager.
- Stay Upto date with the previous leads.
- Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in all interactions with clients.

**Requirements-**
- Sales and counselling experience is required.
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Communication Skills should be good.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
