
Front Desk Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently
- Manage visitor check-in/check-out procedures and maintain visitor logs
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain a tidy and presentable front desk and reception area
- Provide general administrative and clerical support (e.g., scanning, filing, photocopying)
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure front-desk-related services run smoothly
- Schedule meetings, manage meeting room bookings, and assist in organizing company events
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist in travel arrangements and other administrative tasks as required
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Professional appearance and a customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
**Working Hours**:
[Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM]
**Salary Range**:
15000 to 25000 per month (Depends on experience)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
