Summary:

- Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Provide support to the operations team by troubleshooting issues and answering questions related to SAP
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and consistency
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to streamline operations and increase efficiency
- Stay up-to-date on SAP system updates and enhancements to optimize performance

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience working with SAP systems in an operational role
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
