**Responsibilities**:

- Senior Level II Microsoft Engineer capability at minimum
- Ability to analyze performance issues with Microsoft infrastructure including but not limited to Active Directory, SQL, Exchange, SharePoint and Skype for Business
- Understand how to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to the supported systems
- Provide expert level on-call support for reseller supported environments
- Interface with vendors regarding complex issues, and see through until resolution
- Respond to support calls and perform root cause analysis tasks as needed
- Supports Service Desk operations and provides technical support for external customers
- Develop and maintain documentation of the Microsoft Systems environments
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2008/2012, Active Directory, Exchange, PowerShell, SQL Server, and.NET development
- Ability to review, understand, promote, and manage core products within the Microsoft Office 365 suite
- Understands how to design, implement and support Windows security solutions
- Present Microsoft vision and technologies, strategy, and product roadmaps to internal and external stakeholders, technical management and technical engineers
- Maintain deep technical and business knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server/Active Directory and cloud computing, security, industry directions, and trends
- Must be well versed in Active directory support
- Windows Server 2008 - 2012 R2 Required
- Active Directory - Required
- Certifications - Required for window server
- Powershell - required

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT related field required along with previous experience.
- You are a talented and experienced IT professional with at least 8 years’ experience (3-5 Years Exp)
- You know the ins and outs of the administration and management Microsoft products
- You understand and embrace the importance of communication and documentation
- Work weekends and out of hours - Required
- Shift
- 24*7 availability, during weekends also
- Location-Pune, Hybrid model

**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
