**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Creative Design**:

- Develop high-quality designs for brochures, flyers, social media, websites, presentations, and other marketing collateral tailored to international and U.S. audiences.
- Create visually appealing materials that align with brand guidelines and messaging strategies.
- **Market-Specific Customization**:

- Research and implement culturally appropriate design elements for global and U.S.specific projects.
- Ensure designs meet the standards of various target demographics and regions.
- **Branding and Visual Identity**:

- Maintain and enhance the company's visual identity across all platforms.
- Create templates and brand assets for internal and external use.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Coordinate with external vendors for printing and production when needed.
- **Technical Proficiency**:

- Use design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) to produce creative assets.
- Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in graphic design with a portfolio showcasing work for international and U.S. markets.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and branding principles.
- Knowledge of digital design trends, including social media and web design.
- Familiarity with print production processes.

**Cultural Awareness**:

- Awareness of design preferences and trends in different regions, particularly in the U.S.
- Ability to adapt designs to suit diverse audiences and cultural contexts.

**Communication**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to present and explain design concepts effectively to stakeholders.

**Additional Skills** (preferred):

- Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Experience with UI/UX design tools like Figma or Sketch.
- Understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles.

Pay: ₹10,481.31 - ₹60,000.00 per month
