**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, engage, and acquire new clients for IT staffing solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Understand client staffing needs and present tailored solutions.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of experience in IT staffing sales or business development.
- Strong understanding of IT recruitment processes and client requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Experience in handling end-to-end sales cycles.
- Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or a related field (preferred).

Pay: From ₹70,000.00 per month
