**Role description**:
We are seeking a highly skilled **Kubernetes Administrator** with strong troubleshooting expertise, coding awareness, and hands-on experience in managing **CI/CD pipelines**. The role requires proactive support, direct client interaction, and participation in on-call rotations to ensure smooth platform operations and deployment reliability.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Administer and maintain **Kubernetes clusters**, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve **CI/CD pipeline issues**, collaborating closely with development and DevOps teams.
- Provide **operational support** and actively participate in on-call rotation schedules.
- Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve platform and deployment challenges.

**Must-Have Skills**:

- Proven hands-on experience in **Kubernetes administration**.
- Proficiency in **Jenkins, GitOps, Ansible, Terraform, and ArgoCD**.
- Experience with **Red Hat OpenShift, Google Anthos**, or similar cloud-native platforms.
- Strong **pipeline troubleshooting and debugging** capabilities.
