**About the Role**

We have an opportunity for a Magento Architect to lead and develop a team of high performing developers for our team.

You will be part of a growing team, delivering value to our company through creative improvements to our flagship products. You will work closely with our design and product management teams to influence the direction of the product and plan the steps to get there. You will be responsible for building effective teams, empowering them to achieve their goals, and putting those goals into a broader context.

Your greatest responsibility will be Magento architecture & looking after the individuals reporting to you, mentoring, coaching and supporting them in their professional development, unlocking their potential and challenging them to step outside their comfort zone to grow and excel. You collaborate with other developers to write the best code for the project and deliver amazing results that our users love.

**Designation** - Magento Architect

**Location** - Ahmedabad (Gujarat), India.

Job Responsibilities:

- Drafting the technical solution for the business use cases & technical challenges
- Deliver quality software at a fast pace
- Work with peer engineering leaders across geographies to deliver on a combined vision
- People management; manage a team of various seniority, including principal engineers and managers
- Work closely with Product Management, Product Architects, release management and DevOps to bring products to market
- Support on critical issues
- Be comfortable in a matrix management structure

What we require (Desired Skills and abilities)

**Skills**:

- Knowledge of design principles and fundamentals of architecture
- Understanding of performance engineering
- Knowledge of quality processes and estimation techniques
- Basic understanding of project domain
- Ability to translate functional / nonfunctional requirements to systems requirements
- Ability to design and code complex programs
- Ability to write test cases and scenarios based on the specifications
- Good understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies
- Awareness of latest technologies and trends
- Logical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborate
- Digital Commerce-Magento
- Good to have magento 2.4 version experience
- Must be able to write & understand complex sql queries and to provide solution of complex problem using magento framework
- Must have good data structure & Database understanding both sql & no sql
- Must have sound knowledge of HTML, CSS, jQuery & Javascript, AWS Cloud.

**Experience**:
Educational Certifications:
Bachelors/Masters Degree in CS, IT or relevant.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹1,700,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
