**Prepare documentation for Quality Management System, implementation & Co-ordination for QMS implementation, maintenance & documentation.**:

- **Ensure all process involved in QMS is defined, established, implemented, maintained, revised continuously.**:

- **Review of Quality Manual and Quality System procedure manual and technical SOPs. Making amendments in the Quality documents and ensuring only current and relevant versions are available for users.**:

- **Planning, Scheduling and conducting management review meeting and maintaining the records of the same and preparation of minutes.** He/She is also responsible for ensuring completion of the actions decided during the meeting as per the agreed time frame.**:

- **Plan, conduct internal quality audit and gap closure with appropriate corrective and preventive actions.**:

- **Closure of the non-conformances for, process, system audits & inspections and verification of effectiveness of the corrective actions taken.**:

- **Maintain master list of forms and formats.**

**Work Experience**:

- **Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, and Experience in ISO Documentation, MIS etc**:

- **Knowledge of Quality Management System, Compliance and Documentation**:

- **Process improvement and procedure documentation expertise**:

- **Having experience as a quality Assurance**:

- **No NC’s in NABL Audit**

**Skills Required**:

- **Good communication skills and command of spoken and written English.**:

- **Good knowledge of MS Office ( Excel, Word, Power Point,)**:

- **Good communication skills, organizational and leadership skills**:

- **Good Organization skills and leadership skills and attention to detail.**:

- **Constant updating of information relating to various guidelines etc.**:

- **Very pleasing and friendly personality.**:

- **A Can do approach to work and a strong sense of commitment towards work.**:

- **NABL Audit Experience Preferred.**:

- **Knowledge of Quality System and Manual SOPS and Quality Manual Preparation.**:

- **Good Knowledge of certification of quality control is a strong advantage.**

**Qualifications** : Graduation/Post Graduation/Masters in any stream
