As the Technical Consultant, you are accountable for the Client outcomes in terms of their marketing automation implementation or operations using the Digital Alchemy’s best practices and your expertise and abilities to solve client problems and meet client needs. The role also provides technical pre-sales support including demonstrations of Adobe products such as Adobe Campaign Classic, Adobe Target, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe real time CDP, Adobe Analyrics and others. You will plan, devise and help our Client’s understand the best ways to utilize marketing automation platforms and our services based on their needs and business requirements. In the eyes of the Client, you are educating them on the capabilities of our services, in doing so driving incremental value to the Client’s business. **Responsibilities**: - Understand client marketing requirements and problems and provide technical solutionsincluding data problems and marketing challenges. - Perform Migration Pilot activities to test and validate process, Perform Migration of Conand SMB communications - Prepare and provide technical documentation such as specifications, requirements andsolution architecture as part of client projects. - Be hands-on in implementing Adobe Experience Platform products.(RT-CDP) - Develop and maintain key relationships with a portfolio for our Client(s) by delivering arange of innovative marketing solutions in a fast paced environment. - Deliver and present strategies and recommendations on the implementation of digitalcampaign platforms with confidence. - Analys client data, current campaigns and insights to identify opportunities and areas for additional projects to add value. - Keep up to date on new technologies, industry trends and innovations to provide informed and relevant recommendations. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Health insurance - Provident Fund - Work from home Schedule: - Day shift - Monday to Friday **Experience**: - total work: 3 years (preferred) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 03/10/2024
