**SCOPE OF WORK FOR SERVICE PARTNERS**

**Replacement and Installation **of new Routers, Switches, Access points, Computers, UPS, Flat panels, USB scanners, USB printers, Network printers, iPads, printers, etc.

**Troubleshooting **of internet and network connections

The Technicians should:

- have over 5 years experience, speaking English will help us communicate
- have WhatsApp installed on Mobile phone
- be professional, trustworthy with equipment
- be able to follow the technical direction from our Help Desk personnel
- be courteous to the staff
- have a laptop with rj45 ethernet port for troubleshooting
- be able to work 8.00 - 18.00 from Monday to Friday. Weekend work is also available as an increased rate
- have a car/bike for transportation to work within a 100 km radius of the city

**Break/Fix**:This service entails our Helpdesk contacting your team to dispatch a technician to one of our locations. We will provide the necessary equipment or arrange for its shipment to your preferred location.

**Project-based work**:Our customers frequently hire us for various deployments, roll-out projects, and new store openings. This involves a significant volume of work.

The scope consists of:

- Roll out projects
- New store openings (IMAC)
- Break-fix

Partner replies with expected time on site

Equipment will be replaced

Equipment is tested with the store manage

Take a view pictures via phone

Complete paperwork time in - time out - part replaced / serial number Signature of a Manager

Paperwork (included pictures/invoices) needs to be sent to the HELPDESK

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
