**Experience**:
5-6 years of SAP HCM experience.
Payroll Implementation experience with at least 2 full lifecycle and 02 years of Success Factors support.
Preferably minimum 2 years domain experience
JD:
SAP HCM and SAP SF (EC & PMGM) 5-6 years hands on Exp
Should have worked on 02 implementation and 02 support Project.
- Strong hand on experience on PA, OM, PY-IN and Time Management(Positive) and SuccessFactors Employee Central module
- Experience in configurations and customization and provide support to end users as per business requirements and improve the business processes
- Experience in handling Time and attendance recording system and its integration with company Intranet and SAP system.
- Able to troubleshoot, analyse and determine root causes to issues/incidents within SuccessFactors modules
- Sound understanding on integration points within SuccessFactors
- In-depth knowledge of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors integration techniques
- End-User Support and Training - as and when required as a part of problem solving
- Functional Specification preparation and coronation with ABAP team
- Unit and Quality testing after any SAP patch/version upgrades
- Change request generation, documentation of all changes and knowledge and experience of SOLMAN
- Effectively communicates to internal and external stakeholders
Period : 12 months and can be extended.
