PURPOSE OF POSITION

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understanding of Inbound Call Handling.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Telugu language expert
- Must be 12 pass, both graduate and undergraduate can apply
- Must know hindi and english and telugu
- Freshers and experience both can apply
- immediate joiner only
- no cab
- customer support executive for voice process
- Solve the queries of the Customers.
- 6 days working
- day shift only

**Salary**: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
