We are looking for a dedicated Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to join our team at Gautham Hospital Panayapilly, Kochi, Kerala. This role is ideal for a compassionate and skilled doctor who can provide immediate medical care, support inpatient treatment, and assist senior doctors in ensuring the best possible patient outcomes.

**What You’ll Do**:
Provide medical care to inpatients and handle emergencies efficiently.

Assist consultants in diagnosing and managing patients.

Monitor patient progress and update medical records.

Work closely with nurses and healthcare teams to ensure quality treatment.

Respond promptly to critical cases and coordinate with specialists when needed.

Ensure patient safety and follow hospital protocols at all times.

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.

**What We’re Looking For**:
MBBS qualification with registration under the Travancore -Cochin Medical Council (TCMC).

1-3 years of experience in a hospital setting (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

Ability to handle emergencies and make quick medical decisions.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night duties.
