**Job Title: Medical Officer**

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Introduction**: We are looking for a dedicated Medical Officer to join our healthcare team. The Medical Officer will be responsible for providing clinical care, medical advice, and support to patients, as well as assisting in the management of healthcare services. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide primary and emergency medical care to patients in accordance with established medical protocols and standards of care.
- Conduct medical assessments, examinations, and consultations to diagnose and treat illnesses and injuries.
- Prescribe and administer medications and treatments as necessary, and monitor patient responses.
- Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatments, and preventive healthcare measures.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, specialists, and allied health professionals, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in the development and implementation of healthcare programs, policies, and protocols aimed at improving patient outcomes and quality of care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in on-call duties and respond to medical emergencies as required.
**Qualifications**:
- MBBS from an accredited medical school.
- Board certification or eligibility in a primary care specialty (e.g., internal medicine, family medicine, emergency medicine).
- State medical license and DEA registration.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong clinical skills and proficiency in medical procedures and techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and make sound clinical judgments under pressure.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience working in a hospital, clinic, or other healthcare facility.
- Additional certifications or training in areas such as advanced cardiac life support (ACLS), pediatric advanced life support (PALS), or trauma care.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems and medical software.
