**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Print Server-IMF**

**Exp - **2-6years,

**Location - **Bangalore only

**Desired Skills & Responsibilities**

- Provide Tier 2 and Tier3 level of support to all printers and printing issues to Users in HQ, remote and regional office locations.
- Support non-standard printing devices on IMF provided computers wherever needed.
- Install personal home printers for users on their IMF provided computers.
- Provide Users with Support and installation of non-Fund printers at home.
- Manage the technical aspects of the Print Management system with regards to its performance and stability within the Fund’s environment.
- Support Remote and Regional Office printers whether they are supplied from the IMF HQ or purchased locally by the offices.
- Configure and arrange for shipment of printer devices to overseas offices.
- Work with Xerox and Kofax to successfully upgrade and test AutoStore. Taking the lead to escalate any issues with Autostores integration with other IMF services like Exchange, Active Directory, Box, RightFax, SQL and other problem points if encountered during the upgrade (from 2016) by end of FY21. Upgrade to be performed by a third party.
- Provide Users with Support and installation of non-Fund printers at home. - (Remote Support only)
- Manage the technical aspects of the Print Management system with regards to its performance and stability within the Fund’s environment.
- Remediate Security vulnerability issues related to the configuration of the printers.
- Respond to Ad-hoc printer request and tasks, such as piloting and replacing older printers with new field office network printers (not the Xerox MFPs)
- Provide associated reports to Printers and Print Queues Service Lead on EPS supported devices.
- Take the technical lead on any MUI’s with the Print Management system
- Work with the team on evaluating new features and functions for the printers and print management system.
- Assist the Xerox Team in resolving any print data accounting problems in Complete View. This is the print data accounting system implemented by Xerox for IMF print data. This data is used for the following: 1) Departmental Chargeback, 2) Reporting on best practices in printing at IMF.
